Forbidden Bike Company – Pre-order Policy
Please note, by completing this transaction, you are paying for a deposit on a product from Forbidden Bike Company to be delivered at a later date. The availability date of the product is detailed on the product page - while we do our best to provide accurate estimates of availability, this date is subject to change. We make our best effort to ensure our estimated delivery dates are as accurate as possible, but the unstable conditions of the supply chain mean that delays may occur. Please understand we do our best to get you riding as soon as possible!
This pre-order will reserve the particular build/color you have selected, and we will send you a notification and invoice when your bike has cleared customs and is en route to our warehouse, at which time the balance of your order will be due. Once you receive your invoice, you will have 7 days to complete payment, otherwise your pre-order will be cancelled and deposit refunded minus a 5% transaction fee. Once the balance of the order has been paid, your bike will be shipped out to you within 7 days.
You may cancel your pre-order deposit anytime up to and including the time you receive your final invoice, subject to a 5% non-refundable transaction fee. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed by the payment provider. To cancel your order, reach out to us via email (contact@forbiddenbike.com) with your order number.
Cancellation at any time will result in item(s) being released back to general stock immediately, to be made available for purchase on the Forbidden Bike Company webstore for the next order(s) in the queue.
